Returns and Refunds Policy
Please contact our customer service department within 30 days of purchase, at 03 9739 7534, or email email@example.com Returns must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of delivery and returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. For authorized returns, your purchase price will be refunded, excluding shipping charges. There are no restocking fees.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be included with the item you are returning. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us immediately. It’s helpful to save all packaging material.
Exchanges Policy (if applicable)

Return Shipping Policy

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We regret that we are unable to change or cancel your order once it has been shipped by our warehouse. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact our customer service department immediately, at 03 9739 7534, or email@example.com, and if your order has not yet shipped, we will assist you in cancelling the order, as well as assist you in creating a new one with any changes you would like to make.
